G & R have a long successful career of trail-blazing, cross-cultural work and developing leaders in Asia. They met while in university and completed their undergraduate degrees at Penn State in 1976. G & R individually felt called to serve in Southeast Asia, serving in the Philippines after completing masteral degrees at Talbot Seminary. They subsequently changed service fields from the Philippines (13 years) to Thailand (20 years), ministering through church planting and leadership development. G & R are currently based in the US, focusing on developing emerging Christian leaders throughout the globe.
